Our rubbish bags are made from LDPE regranulate, which is a recycled plastic at 100%. This means that we use materials that have already been in circulation, such as films and packaging. In this way, we reduce waste and give plastics a second life, taking care of the environment.

The film is formed from LDPE regranulate on the rollformers. In the subsequent steps, the machines precisely measure the length of the film, cut it and seal it at the appropriate points to produce finished bags of the required shape and strength. Key parameters such as thickness, strength and dimensional accuracy are monitored at each stage, from film forming to sealing to rolling. This ensures that the finished bags are robust, leak-proof and meet the quality requirements.

The rolled bags are packed in bulk packaging. Before they leave production, they undergo a final quality check that ensures each product meets the set standards. At the end, the bags are ready to go to customers - practical, durable and environmentally friendly.
