INFORMATION CLAUSE

In connection with the entry into force on 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), in accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2, we hereby inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data will be K&K RECYKLING FOLIE Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Brzesko 32-800, ul. Szczepanowska 47;

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of executing the concluded contract, accepting and fulfilling orders, responding to inquiries sent via the contact form, provision of services, performance of our legal obligations (e.g. issuing an invoice) pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 point b and Article 6 paragraph 1 point c;

  4. Providing your personal data is necessary to achieve the purpose of concluding and performing the contract. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to perform the contract;

  5. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it or limit the processing of your personal data, transfer it, and object to its processing.

  6. If processing is based on consent granted to the Controller, you also have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be sent by e-mail to the Controller's address (folie@kkr.biz.pl) or by traditional mail to the following address: K&K Recykling Folie Sp. z o. o., ul.   7. Your personal data will be shared with other recipients. The recipients of your personal data will be companies affiliated with the data controller.

  8. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract and for the period during which we are required by law to store the data, e.g. for tax purposes, and for the period after which any claims arising from the contract become time-barred.

  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if it is justified that your personal data are processed by the controller in breach of the provisions of the GDPR.

  10. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.

  11. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area/international organisation.
